We have, unfortunately, received some bad head/bed controllers in the past.
We apologize. These boards tested fine and worked for a while, but then the motor control failed. Other functions were not affected (so they are fine as hotbed controllers).

Known Good Boards: 2201, 2345, 2440
Known Bad Boards: 2040, 2111, 2437

Replacement
We will replace bad boards for free. Domestic shipping for customers in the lower 48 states will be free. International shipping will have to be arragned by the customer.
